HR/Payroll Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Junior Payroll Assistant with 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of PF, ESI regulations, and advanced proficiency in Excel to support timely and accurate salary processing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (monthly and off-cycle payrolls).
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Handle statutory compliance related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, etc.
• Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave, advances, and overtime data.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, MIS, and salary registers.
• Assist in monthly return filings, challans, and timely submission of statutory dues.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, and other Indian labor laws.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.) is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.31 - ₹20,374.14 per month
