An experienced and highly disciplined kitchen operations professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-volume meal production units for community service and religious organizations. With hands-on experience at renowned setups like Akshaya Patra, ISKCON Anna Mitra, and Gurudwara langars, this individual brings deep understanding of:

• End-to-end kitchen planning
• Nutritionally balanced bulk cooking
• Volunteer and manpower coordination
• Time-sensitive service logistics
• Food safety & hygiene standards (FSSAI compliant)

• Large-Scale Meal Planning (10,000+ meals/day)
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management
• Workflow Optimization & Process Mapping
• Team Training & Volunteer Management
• Budgeting and Cost Control
• Waste Minimization and Sustainability Practices
• Festival/Fair Meal Operations (e.g. Rath Yatra, Kumbh, Bhandaras)
• Crisis and Contingency Planning (power/water disruptions etc.)
• Knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
