Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our growing team and support recruitment efforts for technical and IT-related roles. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates—particularly within the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job descriptions and technical requirements for IT roles (e.g., Software Developer, QA Engineer, System Administrator).
• Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Schedule technical interviews with internal panels and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Follow up with candidates post-interview for feedback and next steps.
• Assist in preparing job postings, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Stay updated with hiring trends in the IT industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
• Basic understanding of common IT roles and technologies Familiarity with sourcing techniques and online recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
