Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting mid-management to senior-level professionals for our esteemed clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of executive search methodologies and experience handling complex recruitment assignments. Key Responsibilities:Understand client requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and internal databases. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates. Maintain ongoing communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress. Requirements:Proven experience (0–6+ years) in recruiting mid to senior-level professionals. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and client expectations simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience in recruitment for diverse industries is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in a recruitment agency or consulting environment. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
