HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading job portals, with Naukri.com expertise as a mandatory requirement. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures for all open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, update, and post job descriptions on various job portals, with a focus on Naukri.com.
• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates using Naukri.com and other online channels.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates fit for the role14.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices in job portal usage.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record on Naukri.com.
• Familiarity with other leading job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed) is an advantage.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
