Job Summary:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Recruiter (Female Only) who has prior experience in recruiting for the education and skill development industry. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring for PAN India projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Draft job descriptions and post vacancies across relevant platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and candidates
• Maintain a recruitment tracker and ensure timely closures of open positions
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, especially in the education and skill sector
• Handle joining formalities and documentation for selected candidates

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in education, training, or skill development industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Experience:

• Hiring for roles like trainers, coordinators, mobilizers, and academic/skill development staff
• Understanding of education industry structure and government skill development projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
