HR Recruiter (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
• Experience using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri etc..) and social media for recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
