Job Description: Product Manager(Sweets, Savories and Pickles ) We are a leading and rapidly expanding restaurant brand in Delhi NCR, with 18-19 fine dining multi-cuisine restaurants. As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Product Manager who will take our retail business to the next level. This role will focus on managing our retail line of savouries, pickles, sweets, and other related products. Job Title : Product Manager – Retail Business Location : Delhi NCR Key Responsibilities : Oversee the entire retail business line, ensuring smooth operations for both our restaurant and product sections (savouries, pickles, and sweets). Develop strategies to enhance the product offering and expand the retail business, focusing on both quality and innovation. Oversee inventory, pricing, and cost control. Work closely with operational teams to integrate products across restaurants. Lead and train staff to meet product and customer service standards. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in retail management (brands like Haldiram, and Bikaner or other food brands ) MBA candidates with a passion for the food industry are also welcome. Experience with retail products (savouries, pickles, sweets).
