Immediate Joiner -- 2+ years of experience -- Job Summary: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process that attracts the best candidates. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidate qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics Manage job postings and ensure they are up to date and compelling Facilitate the offer process and negotiate terms with candidates Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Stay up to date with recruitment best practices and market trends Qualifications: Proven 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in HR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred About Us - Beam Infotech is a leading player in the Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) industry, specializing in cutting-edge electronic appliances and solutions for global clients, including BMW, Renault, and Hero.
