We’re looking for a dedicated Pharmaceutical Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for roles across clinical research, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, quality assurance, and commercial functions within the pharmaceutical sector. Source and engage candidates from various channels—Naukari.com, Indeed, professional networks. Build and maintain a strong passive candidate pipeline in specialties like R&D, clinical, regulatory, QA, manufacturing, and pharma sales . Lead the end-to-end process: job scoping, creating job ads, resume screening, phone/video interviews, coordinating onsite interviews. Experience : 1–2+ years of full-cycle recruitment in pharmaceutical, biotech, Proven success recruiting across pharma functions—clinical operations, regulatory, QA, manufacturing, and commercial.
