About the Role:

HR Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Oversee performance management and employee development
Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Support training, development, and succession planning

Requirements

Bachelors degree in HR or related field (Masters preferred)
4+ years of HR experience, including 23 in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
