Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits).
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leaves, and salary inputs.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with statutory documentation.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams.
  • Support employee grievance handling and resolution.

  • rack and report HR metrics (turnover, leave, headcount, etc.).
  • Liaise with external agencies for PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor law compliance.
  • Coordinate background verification and medical checks for new hires.
  • Facilitate HR audits and maintain compliance records.
  • Manage HR operations communication (letters, memos, notices).
