Position: : HR Officer from Manufacturing (Male)

Location: PatanCheru, Hyderabad

Salary: 30k to 40k Per Month

Experience: 4 - 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Plant

Qualification: BBA / MBA in Human Resources

Job Description:

The Personnel Officer is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee and worker relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and maintaining accurate personnel records.

This role plays a key part in supporting HR policies and procedures, handling employee grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and facilitating performance evaluations.

The Personnel Officer also oversees daily attendance and assists in salary sheet preparation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both employees and workers.

Conduct interviews, reference checks, and coordinate onboarding processes.

Ensure proper documentation and orientation of new hires.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

Act as a point of contact for employee and worker grievances.

Handle disciplinary procedures in line with company policy and labour laws.

Foster a positive work environment and support conflict resolution.

Records & Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and worker records.

Ensure compliance with all labour regulations and HR standards.

Prepare and manage HR documentation including contracts, warnings, and exit formalities.

Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process and maintain related documentation.

Provide constructive feedback to employees in collaboration with supervisors.

Attendance & Payroll:

Monitor daily attendance and leave records for both employees and workers.

Coordinate with the accounts team to prepare accurate salary sheets.

Ensure timely submission and verification of attendance data.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
