Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues to maintain healthy relations.
