We are looking for a skilled PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Functional Consultant . The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the Benefits module in PeopleSoft HCM. You will work with HR teams and technical teams to ensure accurate setup and processing of employee benefit plans and related functions. Key Responsibilities: Work on configuration, support, and testing of the PeopleSoft Benefits module. Analyze business requirements related to benefits and translate them into functional solutions. Maintain and update benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates, and open enrollment processes. Support year-end activities, benefit events, and life event processing. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefit deductions and reporting. Perform system testing, user training, and create documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits enrollment, calculations, and interfaces. Required Skills: 35 years of functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically in the Benefits module. Good understanding of benefit plans, eligibility, event rules, and open enrollment processes. Experience with PeopleSoft Self Service and eBenefits features. Familiarity with PeopleSoft queries, reports, and navigation tools. Ability to work with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and data issues.
