HR Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within our construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:*1. *Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:* - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the hiring process, including interviews and selection.2. *Employee Relations:* - Foster a positive work environment and company culture. - Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.3. *Training and Development:* - Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills. - Organize workshops, seminars, and other development initiatives.4. *Compliance and Risk Management:* - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Manage risks related to employee relations, health, and safety.5. *HR Operations:* - Oversee employee on boarding, payroll, and benefits administration. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction industry environment.*Preferred Skills:*1. Experience in construction industry HR management.2. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.3. Pay: ₹20,225.12 - ₹45,000.00 per month
