Role Description

We are hiring a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing HR operations, fostering employee relations, implementing HR policies, and leading recruitment efforts — especially for blue-collar workforce hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HR operations and employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with organizational goals.

Drive end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on blue-collar hiring.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR management, HR operations, and strategic HR implementation.

Prior experience managing blue-collar employees is mandatory.

Strong understanding of HR principles, labor law, and compliance practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
