Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling end-to-end HR activities for clients employees.
Designing the HR policies and procedures for clients and in the implementation and integration of new policies, procedures, tools, and strategies.
Handling queries of clients employees pertaining to policies, leaves, salaries, etc.
Assisting the CEO in the implementation of various projects like Performance Management System, Accelerated Management Development Plan, Learning and development mandates (Training for Clients).
To be a part of the Employee Engagement & other training program for clients employees.
Working closely and effectively with the Director/CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities of client-related activities & following up appropriately.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent computer skills (including PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a challenging environment
Time management
Ability to think creatively and out of the box
Excellent organizational skills and strong work ethics
Proficient in managing HRMS software
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Location: Please note, there are two positions, one at BTM Layout and other one at Whitefield.

CTC ranges from 7 lacs to 10 lacs (as per experience of the candidate).
