This is an incredible opportunity to work directly with the founding team and play a key role in shaping a company from its earliest stages. 🌱 About Grambasket: Grambasket is a rising startup focused on empowering local grocery stores, kirana merchants, and food sellers by connecting them digitally with customers in rural and semi-urban areas. We’re building a platform that brings modern e-commerce to the grassroots of India. 🔍 Who You Are: 1–3 years of HR experience (startup background is a plus) Passionate about building culture, managing teams, and creating structure Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Looking to grow with a meaningful, long-term mission 🛠️ What You’ll Do: Lead recruitment and onboarding processes Set up core HR systems and frameworks Support team coordination and performance management Build and nurture a strong, people-first culture Work closely with the founders on team growth strategy ⚠️ Note: This is currently an unpaid role as Grambasket is in its pre-launch phase.
