Salary: Upto ₹25k per month

*About the Role:*

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced female HR Manager to join our team in Mubarakpur, Punjab. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment, managing human resources functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and promote a harmonious workplace.
• Manage performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Contribute to fostering a positive company culture and employee engagement.

*Qualifications:*

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably with some management experience.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and Indian labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Preferred: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
