This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Trichur. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also handle employee onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and implementing HR policies and procedures to enhance the overall workplace environment.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes
Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employee retention strategies
Understanding of compensation and benefits administration
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role is preferred
