We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow-up on sales activities. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment and ensure a high level of employee engagement. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plans and benefits programs to remain competitive in the industry. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
