Job Summary:

The HR Intern in Talent Acquisition will support the recruitment process by assisting the

Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for the organization.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of

recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and

onboarding. The intern will work closely with the HR team, learning about industry best

practices, recruitment tools, and strategies for attracting the right candidates. This role is

ideal for someone interested in pursuing a career in human resources and talent acquisition,

offering valuable exposure to recruitment processes in a dynamic, professional

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications for open positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
  • Post job openings on job boards, the company website, and social media.
  • Maintain candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support new hire onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Research recruitment trends and effective acquisition strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or

related field.

  • Interest in HR and recruitment practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
