Role & responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Identify and engage with top technical talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and develop effective hiring strategies. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely fulfilment of technical positions. Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values. Negotiate offers and manage the on boarding process. Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for positions such as software developers, engineers, and other technical professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Please find the JD details below:- The Head of Government Business is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the companys interactions with government entities. This role involves developing strategies to enhance the company's presence and business opportunities within the government sector, managing relationships with key government officials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive government business strategy to achieve growth and revenue targets. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the government sector. Set annual goals and objectives for the government business team. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government officials. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government agencies and departments. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements with government clients. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure all business activities with government entities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in government policies and regulations that could impact the business. Work with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the government business team to achieve set objectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policy changes. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business performance, opportunities, and challenges. Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a significant portion in government or public sector. Proven track record of successfully managing government contracts and relationships. Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
