Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees Support in implementing HR policies and procedures Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Coordinate employee engagement activities and events Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations Support performance appraisal process and training programs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Freshers can apply Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and excel Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
