Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Experience using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri etc..) and social media for recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make decisions.
