Job Summary: We are hiring a Senior HR Executive who has prior experience working with a consultancy or placement agency. The ideal candidate must be confident in CV screening & building, presenting candidates to clients, and handling end-to-end recruitment along with client coordination and basic sales activities. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and build professional CVs for client requirements Present candidates to clients with confidence and clarity Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to joining) Maintain client communication and understand JD requirements Help close positions faster with quality and speed Generate and maintain recruitment reports Support sales team by sharing strong candidate pipelines Coordinate with candidates for interviews, joining, and follow-ups ✅ Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment consultancy / placement firm Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English) Strong in candidate screening, JD understanding, and closing positions Experience with MS Office, Excel & Google Sheets Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience & performance) Incentives based on closures and performance To Apply: Send your updated CV to credpathadvisory@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
