Job Summary: The HR will oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits This role involves working closely with department managers to create a positive work environment and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.

- Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best talent is selected.

- Serve as a point of contact for employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts.

- Promote a positive company culture through employee engagement activities and initiatives.

- Mediate disputes and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

- Develop career development programs and help employees grow within the company.

- Identify training needs and recommend resources for staff development.

- Assist in the performance review process, providing support to managers and employees.

- Monitor and track employee performance metrics.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.

- Provide guidance on salary and benefits issues.

- Maintain employee records and handle employee documentation.

- Advocate for work-life balance and wellness programs.

- Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend improvements to leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- At least 0-6 months of experience in HR or related roles.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

- HR certification is a plus.

- Experience in a similar industry or company size would be an added plus.

- A presentable individual with a pleasant and outgoing personality, capable of building strong professional relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
