The HR and Admin role is a dual-function position that encompasses both human resource management and administrative responsibilities. This position requires a versatile individual capable of handling everything from recruitment and employee relations to administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies and managing schedules. Responsibilities · Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, and interviews. · Manage employee onboarding and training programs. · Administer company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. · Maintain employee records and handle confidential information. · Assist with preparing payroll and handling employee benefits. · Manage schedules, appointments, and organize meetings. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. · Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role is an advantage . · Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities . · High ethical standards and confidentiality. · Good communication and interpersonal skills.
