  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR files (both physical and digital).
  • Prepare routine HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
  • Assist in data entry, file management, and documentation tasks.
  • Track and update employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support the HR team in coordinating interviews and sending follow-up communications.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to HR documentation and processes.
  • Assist in filing statutory documents and ensuring they are up to date.
  • Help with basic onboarding activities like issuing ID cards and collecting joining forms.
  • Perform other routine clerical duties as directed by the HR team.
