Role: HR & Admin Executive Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive with exposure to HR operations. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys managing day-to-day office admin, vendor coordination, basic documentation, and assisting with HR processes like onboarding and compliance. Key Responsibilities Admin Focus Manage office supplies, stationery, vendor coordination, courier, and basic logistics Maintain admin trackers (inventory, ID cards, access cards, etc.) Coordinate with facility/security staff as needed Handle travel bookings, visitor passes, and meeting room scheduling Maintain documentation for compliance and audits Basic HR Support Assist in onboarding paperwork and kit preparation Maintain employee records (hard & soft copies) Coordinate for insurance, ID cards, and asset allocation Help with leave/attendance tracking Support in organising internal events and celebrations Requirements 1–2 years of experience in admin/HR support roles Strong coordination and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets Attention to detail and ability to multitask Prior experience with tools like Keka/Zoho/GreytHR (nice to have) What You’ll Get Exposure to both admin and HR processes Opportunity to grow into a People Operations or Admin Lead role A dynamic work environment in a fast-paced team
