Job Description

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR, Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of HR, administrative, and financial tasks such as preparing financial statements, managing payroll administration, and applying analytical skills to finance and accounting tasks. Daily activities will include maintaining accurate financial records, invoicing, billing, vendor payments, client payments and ensuring compliance with financial regulations including but not limited to TDS, GST, Taxation etc. to support the smooth operation of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

HR:

1. Recruitment: Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.

2. Payouts: Manage monthly Employee salary and other reimbursement payouts.

3. Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and feedback.

4. Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.


Administration:

1. Office Management: Oversee office operations, including supplies, facilities, and equipment.

2. Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

3. Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.


Accounts:

  1. Financial Record-Keeping: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  2. Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and send invoices, track payments.
  3. Expense Tracking: Monitor and manage company expenses.
  4. Accounting Management: Maintaining accurate financial records, invoicing, billing, vendor payments, client payments and ensuring compliance with financial regulations including but not limited to TDS, GST, Taxation etc.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and executing Accounting tasks
  • Strong Analytical Skills and financial expertise
  • Experience with Finance and Payroll Administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred


Location: Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai

CTC: 2-3L p. a.
