Hospital Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Lead Generation & Conversion:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, doctors, diagnostic centers, and insurance companies.
• Referral Development:
• Build a referral network by maintaining relationships with general practitioners and specialists.
• Coordinate with clinics and local physicians for patient referrals.
• Hospital Branding & Outreach:
• Organize and manage medical camps, health talks, and awareness drives.
• Promote hospital services through marketing campaigns and tie-ups.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase hospital revenue.
• Analyze market trends, competitor services, and pricing.
• Corporate & TPA Relations:
• Maintain strong relations with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and corporate clients.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of empanelled insurance companies.
• Reporting & Coordination:
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly business development reports to management.
• Coordinate with the admissions, billing, and front office for seamless patient experience.
• Digital & Social Media Promotion (if applicable):
• Assist in online marketing, website updates, and managing hospital’s social media presence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Hospital Management
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in healthcare/hospital business development
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of healthcare market trends
• Strong network in Raipur or surrounding areas
• Result-oriented with the ability to meet targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
