Home Loan Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and securing appropriate home loan products.
• Review and process home loan applications, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Conduct needs analysis and pre-qualification assessments.
• Communicate with customers, brokers, solicitors, and internal teams throughout the loan process.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment plans, and associated costs clearly.
• Monitor application status and follow up on required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and interest rate changes.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in mortgage lending, banking, or a financial services role.
• Understanding of home loan products, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient with loan processing systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
