Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via email, live chat, or ticketing systems
  • Process data entries and maintain accuracy across systems
  • Review, verify, and update customer records as required
  • Monitor and manage service requests and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Follow process workflows and adhere to compliance guidelines
  • Prepare regular reports and documentation as needed.

  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
