Hi,

TECHNICAL CHAT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

What we are looking at:

1+ year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat-based environment (international support preferred). Freshers donot apply
Exceptional written communication skills and good verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Flexibility to work in US shift (Night shifts) with rotational week offs.

Job roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via live chat, troubleshooting a wide range of issues related to our products/services.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately, guiding users through solutions step-by-step.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Document all customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in our CRM system.
Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to improve product functionality and support resources.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
