Job Description

As a Support Technician, your primary responsibility will be responding to client support queries in a timely and professional manner. This includes providing support through various channels such as in-person interactions, over the phone, or via remote access. You will be tasked with diagnosing issues related to computer software, peripherals, and hardware, utilizing software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems. In this role, you will guide clients through basic problem-solving processes and provide basic computer training when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing and upgrading hardware and software systems as per the client's requirements. Writing training manuals to assist clients in understanding the systems better will also be part of your duties. Follow-up with clients to ensure that the support provided has met their needs and expectations is crucial. Moreover, you will be responsible for completing support tickets accurately and in a timely manner to maintain efficient workflow.
