• Hiring from Recruiter to Lead Recruiter
• Source and Screen resume for the open position of Healthcare role
• Understand job profile and schedule interview with client accordingly, need to recruit for Registered Nurse, Licensed Practitioner Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physician etc
• Making calls to the candidates and performing daily task like Screening and scheduling interviews
• Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders
• Experience working with Applicant tracking tools (ATS), Job Diva highly desired.
• Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Understand the client requirements and map relevant targets.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team
Must be willing to work in Night Shift EST Shift
