Healthcare Recruiter

You should have proficiency in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, experience in Hiring and Onboarding, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. To excel in this role, you must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Previous experience in healthcare recruitment would be advantageous, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
