Head Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Teacher to lead our preschool and daycare programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of creating a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged 6 months to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Management:

• Oversee daily operations of preschool and daycare classrooms.
• Supervise, support, and mentor teaching and support staff.
• Ensure implementation of curriculum that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions for staff development.

Curriculum & Teaching:

• Plan, review, and improve lesson plans and teaching methods.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with developmental milestones and early learning frameworks (e.g., Montessori, EYFS, or local board guidelines).
• Guide teachers in creating interactive and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Child Safety & Welfare:

• Monitor classroom activities and ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with local childcare regulations.
• Handle emergencies and maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding child development and concerns.

Parent Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding academic progress and child behavior.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings, events, and workshops.
• Maintain transparent and proactive communication with families

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
