Head Purchase and Procurement

Job Summary:-

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Head Purchases and Procurement at buildAhome™, your day-to-day tasks include overseeing the Purchase, procurement, SCM, Vendor, Client, Payment function for all construction materials of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of materials while optimizing costs, sourcing new vendors, quality checks, inventory management, relationship building and contract negotiation with vendors, You will also be responsible for leading a team of purchase and procurement executives and ensuring adherence to the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 12+ years of relevant procurement experience in a construction or Real Estate industry, with at least 6 years in a Head role.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and contractors
• Knowledge of construction materials, commercial terms, and laws pertaining to procurement
• Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Excel, ERP software, and web-based procurement platforms
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
