Job Description

Job Purpose Statement: The PMO Head is responsible for overseeing the entire project management function for Prime related initiatives. This includes ensuring the effective delivery of all strategic and operational projects related to Prime products, managing the project portfolio, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role also involves driving project management best practices and aligning projects with business objectives in the mortgage domain. Duties & Responsibilities: Managing a diverse and complex project portfolio within the mortgage space, balancing competing priorities and limited resources. Ensuring projects adhere to strict regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Leading multiple project teams across various functions and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Managing risks and issues that may arise during the lifecycle of mortgage projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Continuously optimizing PMO processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and project success rates. The PMO Head will have full decision-making authority over project methodologies, portfolio management, and resource allocation. Major decisions relating to project scope changes, resource adjustments, and regulatory compliance will be made in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders. Job Requirements: Minimum: Graduation (Preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field) 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing large, complex projects in the mortgage or financial services industry. Proven experience leading a Project Management Office (PMO) or managing project portfolios in the mortgage sector. In-depth understanding of the mortgage lifecycle, financial products, and industry regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to successful project completion Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to adapt them based on project needs.
