Arjun Rathi Design is a Mumbai-based bespoke lighting design studio. Our work focuses on creating sculptural light fixtures and installations that merge design with technical precision. Each piece responds to architectural context and cultural narrative.

Please note this is a product-based fabrication and execution role within the design and architecture space. It is not related to film or media production.

We are looking for a Production Head with experience in lighting, product fabrication, or interior execution to lead our in-house production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of manufacturing, vendor coordination, and on-site execution, while maintaining the highest quality standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 in-house production staff
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation of lighting fixtures
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to meet timelines and design goals
• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers
• Ensure high standards in quality control and material selection
• Maintain production schedules and track progress using Excel
• Able to read AutoCAD drawings
• Manage multiple production timelines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in production or execution in lighting, interiors, or product design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver multiple projects on time
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques and material knowledge
