Head of Operations

Position: Operations Head Location: Sector 69, Noida Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Head to oversee the daily functioning of our studio. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth workflow, enforce discipline, handle client interactions, and resolve operational challenges effectively. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Supervision: • Monitor employee performance and ensure productive work hours. • Prevent time wastage and encourage accountability. 2. Discipline & Decorum: • Maintain a professional and disciplined work environment. • Ensure all team members follow the studio’s code of conduct. 3. Conflict Resolution: • Handle disputes, arguments, or conflicts at the studio level. • Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary. 4. Client Handling: • Attend to walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner. • Ensure a welcoming and service-oriented environment. 5. Operational Management: • Address and resolve day-to-day issues such as electricity, system failures, or water supply problems. • Coordinate with relevant service providers or vendors when required. 6.
