Head of Operations

As the Head of Operations in an NBFC based in Gift City, Gandhinagar, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations across business functions. With over 15 years of experience, including at least 6 years in a leadership role in the NBF or BFSI sector, you will play a crucial role in managing the full loan lifecycle from origination through sanction, disbursement, servicing, and closure for products such as Capital Market Loans. Your main responsibilities will include formulating and implementing operational strategies that are aligned with business objectives and regulatory guidelines. You will need to develop operational strategies and frameworks that are in line with organizational goals while ensuring adherence to IFSCA regulations, internal policies, and external audits. Risk management controls, including KYC, legal documentation, collateral monitoring, and loan portfolio compliance, will be under your purview. Collaborating across various departments such as Business, Credit, Risk, Collections, IT, Finance, and external vendors/regulators will be essential for the smooth functioning of operations. Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) like TAT, turnaround time, costs, and NPA trends will be crucial. You will also be responsible for preparing periodic performance updates for senior leadership and board-level review, as well as representing the company in regulatory, financial, and industry forums. To qualify for this role, you should hold a CA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in Finance, Business, or Operations. Your extensive experience and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the NBFC sector.,
