We are looking for a creative and experienced marketing profile to help scale our reach, strengthen our digital presence, oversee corporate and other marketing pipelines and drive sustainable business growth. www.harmonywellnessconcepts.com Title: Marketing Lead Key Responsibilities ● Develop and execute a high-level marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals. ● Coordinate with and Drive a cross-functional team including video content producers, social media marketers, ● Analyze and scale YouTube, Instagram and other social media channels. ● Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube) – from execution to analytics. ● Oversee SEO and website performance and lead funnels. Plan and track email marketing, webinars, and automation pipelines. ● Stay ahead of health-tech trends and identify new revenue or content opportunities. What We’re Looking For ● 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in D2C health/wellness brands. ● Proven success in both digital marketing and offline events and activation/partnerships. ● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics dashboards, and funnel tools. ● Deep understanding of content-driven growth, audience behavior, and patient psychology. ● Excellent communication skills, strategic big picture thinking, and an eye for audience psychology. ● Bonus: Familiarity with functional medicine, wellness, or healthcare domains.
