Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for the Head of Human Resources. The individual will oversee HR management, develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and manage employee relations. The role includes leading HR initiatives, managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, Compliances and HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
