Key Responsibilities:

•  Designing and implementing people strategies aligned with business goals
•  Leading end-to-end talent acquisition and retention strategies
•  Driving performance management, learning & development programs
•  Shaping a values-driven culture that fosters inclusion and innovation
•  Ensuring legal, statutory, and labour law compliance
•  Leading HR automation and systems modernization
•  Managing compensation and benefits, payroll structures, and benchmarking
•  Overseeing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
•  Acting as a strategic partner to leadership across functions
•  Building robust HR policies and driving implementation

Education Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in HR or relevant field
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare sector
• Proven expertise in handling PMS, policy development, grievance redressal, and statutory audits
• Experience with digital HR transformation & systems implementation
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Ability to influence, strategize, and lead in a fast-paced, growing organization
• Experience: 15+ Years | CTC: INR 15–20 LPA
