Head of Finance

BNC has been mandated to recruit a Head of Finance with deep experience in infrastructure and manufacturing to head our finance function for one of our client leading Integrated Agritech company based in Delhi NCR location.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business heads on budgeting, business performance reviews, and cost optimization.

Financial Management & Control:

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, MIS, and internal control systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of books, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews and presentations to management.

Project & Infrastructure Finance:

• Lead project funding initiatives including debt and equity funding.
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for term loans, working capital, and project financing.
• Manage cash flow planning, fund utilization, and working capital optimization.

Compliance, Taxation & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Oversee internal and statutory audits, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Represent the company in financial discussions with external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 10–12 years of experience, capable of driving strategic financial planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing investor relations, and supporting business expansion initiatives.
• Prior experience in infrastructure and manufacturing sectors is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of project finance, cost accounting, and treasury functions.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
