CTC: ₹10–14 LPA (Performance + ESOP-linked) About the Role: You're the guardian of capital and cash flow —partnering directly with the founders to run lean, raise right, and report sharp. This is a strategic + operational finance role—not just compliance. What You’ll Own: End-to-end financial operations and controls Monthly MIS, cash flow & P&L reporting Statutory compliance: GST, TDS, ROC, payroll Work with CA/auditors for filings, audits, valuations Support on budgeting, planning, and investor decks Set up processes for franchise revenue tracking, expense control We’re Looking For: Experience in startup/retail finance Strong understanding of India’s tax, retail & ESOP frameworks Bonus: exposure to fundraising, equity, and due diligence High attention to detail and ownership mindset Mumbai-based or willing to move Show more Show less
